After getting necessary to link mobile and PAN card with Aadhaar card, the government is also planning to link the driving license to it. Information Technology Secretary Ravi Shankar said today that he is also thinking of linking the driving license to the Aadhaar card.
Ravi Shankar said that if driving licenses are linked to the Aadhaar card, it will help to reinforce the number of duplicate licenses. He said that the base is digital idetta. Earlier in May, Ravi Shankar had told the driver’s license to join a support card.
The central government had earlier made it necessary to link Pan Card and mobile number to the link card with a support card. If you have not linked the PAN card to support, then you may have trouble file an ITR.
